Q: Can I book the room for less than four people?
A: YES! We highly recommend groups of at least four, especially if it is your first time playing an escape room, but we are happy to accommodate groups of any size, just call or text us at 208-643-7877 or e-mail at ohkeyescapegames@gmail.com to reserve a room for a group of less than 4 or more than 8.
Q: What is the cost?
A: For group sizes of 5 or less it is $20 per person plus tax, for group sizes of 6 or more it is $18 per person plus tax.
Q: Is there a chance we’ll be paired up with people we don’t know?
A: All of our games are private, which means that once you book the time, that time and that room are yours and closed off to anyone else.
Q: What if the time availability doesn’t work for my group?
A: No problem! Just call or text at 208-643-7877 or e-mail at ohkeyescapegames@gmail.com and we are happy to be flexible where we can.
Policies
It is important to arrive 15 minutes early so that you have enough time to be briefed before you start the game.
Waivers
Everyone will need to sign a waiver before they can play our rooms. Please arrive 15 minutes early so that there is time to get everything signed.
Age
Anyone under the age of 16 must be accompanied by a parent or guardian. For children we recommend ages 8 and up.
Cancellations
All cancellation requests must be submitted at least 24 hours before the scheduled play time. We will be unable to refund requests made outside of this time window.
